Key Dates and Times

Race bib distribution for the VnExpress Marathon Libera Nha Trang and the Kun Marathon (for children aged 6 to 10) begins on 22/8. Children can collect their items from 8:00 to 18:00 at 2/4 Square. VnExpress Marathon participants can pick up their race kits and visit the expo booths at the Libera Nha Trang Urban Area (Bac Nha Trang ward) from 13:00 to 18:00.

The Kun Marathon takes place on 23/8, starting at 6:00 and concluding around 11:00 at 2/4 Square. The organizers have arranged a secured course, separate from traffic, with a stage for interacting with celebrities. The Kun brand will also host games and interactive activities with giveaways.

VnExpress Marathon race kit distribution continues from 9:00 to 17:00 at Libera Nha Trang on 23/8. Runners who haven't collected their bibs after this time will be ineligible to compete.

A mini-concert featuring a young acoustic band will be held at the expo from 16:00 to 17:00 to energize the atmosphere and provide a social gathering for runners before race day.

Race day is 24/8, with 13,000 runners taking to the course. Bag drop at 2/4 Square opens at 1:00. The 42km race starts at 2:30, followed by the 21km and 10km races at 4:00, and the 5km race at 6:15. Baggage claim closes at 9:30. The awards ceremony will take place from 10:00 to 11:30 at the Tui Blue Hotel (18 Tran Hung Dao, Nha Trang).

Getting to the Expo

The Kun Marathon expo is located at 2/4 Square, as in previous years, providing convenient access for parents and young runners. The VnExpress Marathon Libera Nha Trang expo is situated at the Libera Urban Area in the north of the city. Runners can use personal vehicles, ride-hailing services, or the public bus number 23 to reach the expo.

Bus number 23 (Ana Marina Cruise Port - VinPearl Nha Trang) costs 15,000 VND per trip and operates from 7:00 to 23:00, with departures every 20-30 minutes. The bus makes 82 trips daily, with a stop opposite 2/4 Square and the final destination at Do Theater (VM Nha Trang expo area). This is the most convenient and affordable transportation option between the Kun Marathon and VnExpress Marathon expos.

Special Offers for Runners

During the event, many restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues around Libera Urban Area and event sponsors offer special discounts for runners. : Seaside Restaurant at Libera Nha Trang offers a 15% discount on the total bill. Quan Ngon Do Restaurant provides a 10% discount. Villa Le Corail and A Gran Melia Hotel offer a 15% discount on room rates booked through their websites, plus a 500,000 VND voucher for food and beverage or spa services (not redeemable for cash).

Avatar watersports offers a 30% discount on snorkeling and stand-up paddleboarding. For art enthusiasts, Do Theater provides a 15% discount on tickets for the Roi Mo show when booked through their website or hotline. Hoang Gia Pearl, a pearl jewelry brand, offers runners a 15% discount on purchases from 22/8 to 28/8.

Runners can also purchase race essentials such as shoes, apparel, glasses, and hats at the Goya and Velosar booths, and gels, salts, and other support products at sponsor booths like Long Chau, with special event pricing.

The VnExpress Marathon Libera Nha Trang 2025 expects 13,000 participants. The race, held on the morning of 24/8, follows a coastal route passing Tran Phu Bridge, Tram Huong Tower, and Luong Son Pass. This event concludes the VnExpress Marathon's summer series, catering to runners who enjoy combining travel and sports.
