Today's match against Aston Villa at the Etihad Stadium marks the end of an era for Man City, as coach Pep Guardiola departs after 10 years at the helm. The Spanish coach could not help Man City defend the Premier League title this season but still leaves with a domestic double: the League Cup and the FA Cup.

Free from title race pressure, Man City is likely to transform the final round into a tribute for Guardiola. The Etihad is expected to be filled with emotion. Across the pitch, Aston Villa also arrives in Manchester in high spirits. Unai Emery's team recently defeated Freiburg 3-0 in the Europa League final, securing their first European title since 1982. Villa has also qualified for next season's Champions League, allowing them to play without pressure in the final match of a memorable season.
