Pham Quang Huy, born in 1996, is a member of the national team, representing Hai Phong. In 2025, he secured two gold medals in the men's 50m pistol and men's 25m sport pistol events at the National Excellent Shooters Championship 2025. He also earned a bronze medal in the men's 25m rapid fire pistol team event at the Asian Championship 2025 in Kazakhstan, and a gold medal in the 10m mixed team pistol event at the Asian Cup 2025 in Bangkok, Thailand.
