VTC's significant presence at Vietnam GameVerse 2026

A space rich in Vietnamese identity, large-scale community activities, and an international cooperation focus helped VTC make a notable mark at Vietnam GameVerse 2026, held on 8-9/5 at SECC.

Vietnam GameVerse 2026 concluded with many notable impressions, reaffirming the event's role in the development of Vietnam's game industry. At this year's event, VTC stood out with an experience space highlighting Vietnamese culture, a range of large-scale community activities, and a strategic focus on developing a sustainable game ecosystem.

Throughout the event, VTC continued its strategy of integrating Vietnamese cultural elements into its products, communication efforts, and community experiences. This year's booth was designed with an open concept, blending technology with traditional cultural imagery to engage attendees.

From the booth's visual identity and the organization of experience zones to interactive activities, VTC aimed to connect games, technology, and Vietnamese identity. According to a company representative, this approach seeks to position games as a channel for cultural transmission, while also showcasing the digital content creation capabilities of Vietnamese businesses.

During the two days of the event, the VTC booth consistently attracted a large number of visitors. At various times, the game experience area, gift distribution, and community interaction zones were overcrowded.

Experience activities included playing games, participating in minigames, checking in for gifts, and interacting with artists and KOLs, fostering a vibrant atmosphere throughout the event. VTC reported that it distributed over 20,000 gifts to the gaming community during Vietnam GameVerse 2026.

The booth's appeal stemmed not only from the stage activities but also from the robust community ecosystem VTC has cultivated over many years with game brands such as: Dot Kich, Audition, and Au Mobile.

Beyond community engagement, Vietnam GameVerse 2026 also provided VTC an opportunity to demonstrate its commitment to expanding international cooperation and investing in Vietnamese products.

On 7/5, VTC Multimedia Corporation (VTC), in collaboration with the Authority of Broadcasting and Electronic Information (ABEI) under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA), signed a memorandum of understanding. This agreement aims to promote cooperation, network connectivity, and human resource development in the creative cultural industry between Vietnam and South Korea.

The signing ceremony was conducted under the direct witness and representation of Mr. Le Quang Tu Do, director of the Authority of Broadcasting and Electronic Information (center), Mr. Ju Seong Ho, director of the Game Department (right), and Mr. Chu Tien Dat, chairman of the Board of Members of the Corporation. *Photo: VTC*

According to representatives from all parties, the agreement seeks to build a sustainable game ecosystem and develop an international-standard game development workforce in Vietnam.

Within the event's framework, the VTC ecosystem also marked its presence through a collaboration with Smilegate for the product Epic Seven and the launch of the Stove platform. This initiative demonstrates a commitment to connecting with international partners to bring more high-quality products to the Vietnamese market.

In parallel with international cooperation, VTC continues to invest in Vietnamese games. At the Vietnam Game Awards 2026, Arcane Hunter: Soul Survivor, developed and published by VTC Intecom, received recognition in the "Vietnamese Game of the Year" category.

Additionally, the VTC ecosystem reached the finals in 9 categories and won two awards at this year's Vietnam Game Awards. The unit's products appeared in many categories such as: Game of the Year, Timeless Game, Excellent Esports Title, and Favorite Game Community.

According to the enterprise's representative, these results reflect a deep game ecosystem development approach, long-term community investment, and continuous adaptation to new market trends.

Vietnam GameVerse 2026 concluded, but VTC's activities at the event continue to underscore the enterprise's professional, sustainable, and Vietnamese identity-driven development within the game industry.
