A group of eight individuals from South Korea and China were discovered operating an online scam system, setting up their headquarters in a luxury villa in Hanoi.
The Department of Vehicles and Transportation, in coordination with other forces, deployed 286 officers and drivers along with 121 vehicles for training and preparation to transport delegates attending the 14th National Party Congress.
During the 14th National Party Congress, trucks weighing 10 tons or more and passenger vehicles with 45 seats or more will be temporarily banned from entering central Hanoi at specific times each day.
