Hai Phong City will implement vehicle bans and restrictions on several bridges and roads from 6/5 to 9/5, with peak closures on the evening of 8/5, to facilitate the Red Flamboyant Flower Festival and commemorate the 71st anniversary of the city's Liberation Day.

Ho Chi Minh City will prohibit vehicles on over 20 central routes from 6 PM to 9:30 PM on 30/4 to facilitate a fireworks display, ensure security, and ease traffic congestion.
