Satellite imagery reveals Ragasa's massive eye and dense circulation as it moved from the Pacific Ocean, through the strait between the Philippines and Taiwan, and towards China.
China's Meteorological Administration has labeled Ragasa the "King of Storms," predicting it to be the strongest typhoon to make landfall in the country this year.
