Vietnam is providing 300,000 USD in aid to Venezuela following severe damage from a double earthquake.

Venezuelan authorities reported that at least 3,342 people died and approximately 16,700 were injured in twin earthquakes that occurred late last month.

Rescue forces freed a man who was trapped for eight days in the debris of a collapsed building in La Guaira state, Venezuela.
