Deputy Minister of Public Security Nguyen Van Long urged units to expand investigations and strictly handle individuals involved in three cases concerning Huan Hoa Hong, Phu Le, and Hai Sapa TV.

Investigators accuse Bui Xuan Huan (Huan Hoa Hong) of leveraging his social media influence to post fraudulent information, claiming to know lottery results in advance, to deceive many into transferring money.

Following the cases involving Huan Hoa Hong and Hai Sapa TV, Nguyen Thanh Hai has proposed increasing post-inspection to prevent celebrities from exploiting public trust to sell low-quality goods.

Vu Hoang Hai, known as Hai Sapa TV, has been arrested on charges of accounting violations and customer deception.

Nguyen Thi Huong, known as 'Co giao Huong Loramen' and a frequent advertiser with Phu Le, has been charged with defrauding customers.

Phu Le stated he was unaware of the ingredients or benefits and had never used the Loramen male enhancement product, yet he extensively advertised it for sales, trusting his wife.

Bui Xuan Huan is accused of misusing mobilized charity funds; he, his wife, and others allegedly concealed over 300 billion dong in perfume sales revenue from accounting records.
