Hoang Duc Pharmaceutical Company and Delta Medical Import-Export Company have been fined and had their import activities suspended by the Drug Administration of Vietnam for repeatedly selling controlled drugs to unauthorized entities and illegally importing traditional medicine.
The Estee Lauder Group was fined CAD 750,000 (nearly 14 billion VND) by the Ontario Court of Justice and placed on an environmental blacklist for selling eyeliner containing persistent chemicals.
