Brodard launches 2025 mid-autumn festival mooncake collection

Brodard has launched its mid-autumn festival mooncake collection themed "nature's hues - reunion's fragrance", celebrating the harmony of nature and the spirit of togetherness.

This year's collection features 4 innovative box designs and 20 mooncake flavors crafted from carefully selected ingredients.

Inspired by the eternal beauty of nature, each box is designed as an artistic garden where birds, flowers, and colors blend, conveying a message of peace. According to a Brodard representative, each design combines modern aesthetics with exquisite craftsmanship, reflecting the brand's spirit.

5 new fillings enrich this year's mooncake experience: roasted chicken with eight treasures jambon, mung bean with salted egg lava, longan with wine, scallops with abalone sauce, and a vegetarian assorted mix.

Tuoc Thu Ca (2-mooncake box) evokes the tranquil change of seasons, with earthy orange tones and the image of two swallows perched on a peony branch, symbolizing connection and auspicious beginnings.

Thu Thanh Tan (4-mooncake box) is described as gentle as an early autumn morning. The combination of mint green and blush pink evokes a sense of peace and purity.

Hoi Hoa Thu (6-mooncake box) is a symphony of birds, flowers, and foliage. Pale yellow and jade green blend in a space of reunion and prosperity.

The two-tiered Thu Phu Ca (VIP box) features navy blue with soft, embossed peony patterns, a gold-plated clasp, and a luxurious leather handle. The box includes 4 select mooncakes, four seasons oolong tea, and various health gifts.
