At Alegria Churrasco Restaurant, the Churrasco culture is recreated through the Rodizio service style. Chefs bring grilled meat directly to the table, carving and serving according to diners' preferences. Operated by Hapyres Vietnam, a subsidiary of Hapyres LLC headquartered in Japan, Alegria brings extensive experience from running a chain of 40 Brazilian barbecue restaurants in Japan and three establishments in Vietnam.
Building on this expertise, Alegria maintains the authentic Brazilian Churrasco recipe while adjusting some sauces and side dishes to better suit Vietnamese palates. This approach offers a familiar experience without losing its South American essence.
On 26/9, Alegria Churrasco Brazilian BBQ received the "Ideal Culinary Experience Destination" award at the VietNam Excellence Brand 2026 program.
Alegria offers an all-you-can-eat buffet model at a fixed price, featuring grilled meats like beef, chicken, pork, Brazilian sausage, along with salads and grilled cinnamon pineapple. The menu caters to diverse customer groups, from families with children to adults.
In addition to restaurant dining, the system provides mobile catering services for outdoor events, company parties, and family gatherings. The restaurant prepares specialized grills, meat skewers, and a Rodizio-style service team at the customer's chosen location.
Identifying Vietnam as a key market in its long-term strategy, Hapyres Vietnam aims to develop the Alegria chain based on three values: experience, service quality, and flavor.
