Spanning approximately 380 hectares, Son Tien's centerpiece is the Amazing Bay water park. Its play zones are strategically divided by type and intensity, preventing overcrowding and ensuring smooth operations. Visitors can enjoy thrilling water attractions like 4-meter high waves or a large slide complex. For those seeking a calmer experience, the 'magical river' features an automated water propulsion system, or guests can unwind on the sandy beach and lounge chairs. This flexibility allows visitors to enjoy a full day of activities balanced with ample rest.

Beyond the water park, Son Tien offers complementary experiences at Amazing World, a theme park known for its unique activities. This area previously set 6 Vietnam records upon its launch, providing diverse attractions. Guests can engage in tank driving through forests, explore the Jurassic era using virtual reality (VR World) technology, or enjoy thrill rides such as sky cycling and ziplining. For a gentler pace, especially suitable for children and seniors, duck pedal boats offer scenic sunset views over the Buong and Ben Go rivers.

The Amazing Island Resort provides accommodation and relaxation areas, separate from the main entertainment zones, ensuring privacy and tranquility while remaining conveniently connected. Currently, the resort features 40 bungalows and plans to expand to 100 bungalows soon to meet increasing demand. Each bungalow will be uniquely shaped like a fruit and named Bach Qua Than Tien, promising an interesting check-in experience upon completion. Dining at Son Tien prioritizes convenience, with restaurants and mobile food stalls located throughout the complex. Standardized set menus facilitate quick service for large groups, enhancing the overall visitor experience.

Son Tien also hosts seasonal events, such as a grand Christmas party featuring Santa Claus distributing gifts and mascots interacting with guests. These activities are designed to be open, allowing visitors to participate freely or observe from a distance.
