Heritage Holding Vietnam launches digital tourism with E-Booking app

Heritage Holding Vietnam launches the E-Booking application to develop a digital tourism ecosystem, integrating flexible resort solutions and enhancing customer convenience.

Aiming to become a leading digital tourism enterprise in Vietnam, Heritage Holding Vietnam has invested in technology, developing the E-Booking application. This multi-faceted platform allows customers to easily manage and use points from timeshare contracts or promotional programs.

Through a conversion mechanism, customers can redeem points for various travel and resort services. These include booking hotels, resorts, and serviced apartments; yacht experiences; flight tickets; dining, spa, and entertainment services; and other travel privileges nationwide and internationally.

The application optimizes the entire process with a few taps, enabling customers to plan their trips without multiple intermediate steps.

A key feature of E-Booking is the flexibility in using amenity points. Customers are not restricted to a fixed service; they can allocate points based on personal needs. This includes: family vacations, couple getaways, business trips combined with leisure, premium experiences during holidays, or gifting stays to family and partners.

Additionally, the application integrates AI technology to suggest itineraries based on personal preferences, saving customers time and helping them choose suitable experiences.

The application also offers a point value preservation mechanism. Customers can use points over many years while retaining their benefits and corresponding conversion rates, minimizing the impact of market-driven increases in tourism service prices over time.

Vu Minh Toan, Director of Heritage Holding Vietnam Co., Ltd., shared, "We believe the future of tourism lies not just in beautiful destinations, but in how people enjoy their journeys more intelligently, flexibly, and emotionally".

With an experienced team in hospitality and customer service, the company continuously expands its network of strategic partners. These include: hotels, resorts, airlines, yacht operators, and premium service brands, all aimed at elevating the E-Booking user experience.

Currently, the company's partner network spans popular domestic and international tourist destinations.

Beyond service provision, Heritage Holding Vietnam also aims to build a community of customers who appreciate a modern lifestyle, valuing enjoyment and family bonding through each trip.
