Nine pho restaurants are featured in the 2025 Michelin Guide Vietnam selection, either as recommended or Bib Gourmand (good food at a moderate price): Pho 10 Ly Quoc Su (Hoan Kiem), Pho Bo Lam, Pho Gia Truyen (Hoan Kiem), Pho Bo Au Trieu, Pho Ga Nguyet, Pho Khoi Hoi, Pho Ga Cham (Yen Ninh), Pho Cuon Chinh Thang, and Pho Tien.
These locations are mostly in central Hanoi, convenient for visitors attending the National Day parade and staying in the Old Quarter.
Pho Bo Lam

Open daily from 5:30 am to 10 am, often selling out early on weekends. The restaurant, located in the owner's house, has 6 to 7 tables inside and 2 to 3 tables outside.
