The YouTuber, with 1.6 million followers, explained that she took a friend to Raan Jay Fai to try their signature crab omelet.
On X (formerly Twitter), PEACHII shared that she ordered the crab omelet listed on the menu for 1,500 baht. However, she was charged 4,000 baht. According to PEACHII, the restaurant explained the higher price was due to the use of "higher quality" crab.
While acknowledging the dish's deliciousness and the premium crab, PEACHII expressed concern that the higher price was not listed on the menu. She confirmed she hadn't ordered a special version nor been informed of the ingredient change and price difference.

PEACHII stated whether the dish was worth 4,000 baht was subjective, but she felt disappointed by the discrepancy between the menu price and the final bill, and the lack of prior notification regarding the price change.
Her post on 15/8 quickly went viral, garnering 9 million views on X within 16 hours and attracting numerous comments. Many are awaiting an official response from the restaurant.
