Novotel Ha Long offers 224 rooms across six categories. To achieve its 5-star rating, the hotel management undertook a comprehensive upgrade of its infrastructure. The technical team implemented modern soundproofing solutions to enhance guest privacy and comfort. Catering to the corporate and events (MICE) market, the hotel introduced a system of 5 meeting rooms. Among these, two Grand Ballroom function rooms can accommodate up to 300 guests and are complete with integrated LED screens and new-generation sound systems.

Novotel Ha Long Bay has also introduced a range of premium amenities, such as: an Executive Lounge, a Social Hub entertainment center, and a dedicated children's play area. Beyond upgrading the swimming pool area, the hotel implemented an electric vehicle charging station, reflecting its commitment to green and sustainable tourism.

The culinary team highlights the region's abundant seafood, offering guests fresh dining experiences. This includes extensive seafood buffets and an afternoon tea set themed "Flavors and Colors of the Heritage Bay". According to a hotel representative, the menu artfully reflects Ha Long's unique natural beauty through its presentation.

To broaden its market and attract diverse international visitors, in July, the hotel met rigorous standards to earn "Muslim-friendly tourism service" certification from the National Halal Certification Center (HALCERT). The establishment also uses visual 3D imaging technology to present its spaces, allowing guests to view realistic depictions and streamlining the booking process.

Dao Duy Tung, General Manager of Novotel Ha Long Bay, emphasized that while significant investment was made in facilities, the core 5-star value comes from the staff's dedication. "The harmonious blend of international service standards, modern infrastructure, and a sustainable development approach allows Novotel Ha Long Bay to strengthen its position and enhance Quang Ninh's appeal as a luxury resort destination," he stated.

The property, managed by the international Accor group, began operations in 10/2008. Its design evokes a white seagull's wing. It stands on the site of the historic "Round House Villa," which previously welcomed many high-ranking national leaders. For nearly two decades, Novotel Ha Long Bay has remained a popular accommodation choice for visitors to the heritage bay.
