The special art night, titled "Under the glorious flag of the Party", will be held at My Dinh National Stadium. This event, expected to draw about 25,000 attendees including delegates, guests, and performers, celebrates the successful 14th National Congress of the Party and marks the 96th anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (3/2/1930 - 3/2/2026).
The Hanoi Party Committee leads the program, with the Hanoi People's Committee and Vietnam Television co-organizing it through a socialization model. According to the sponsor, the grand music festival features nearly 10,000 artists and performers, alongside an elaborate stage and firework display. Many of the firework types will be showcased in Vietnam for the first time.

The performances are structured into three acts: "Heroic Anthem Under the Party's Flag"; "With the Party, Full of Trust and Love"; and "Under the Glorious Flag of the Party". Each act recounts historical milestones and conveys messages of national pride and development aspirations.
The program's highlight is a continuous artistic firework display, featuring six consecutive rounds, culminating in a 15-minute high-altitude finale. Many dynamic artistic effects will be used, including heart shapes, stars, hydrangea crowns, rainbow-colored smoke, and wolf-howl sounds.

Sun Group also stated that the firework display area was constructed and deployed in collaboration with the Capital High Command and Chemical Company 21 (Z121). A total of 950 firing platforms and 4,400 pyrotechnic tubes are installed on the roof and both sides of grandstand B, following the stadium's curved structure. Outside the stadium, 4,600 high-altitude firework shells are positioned along Le Duc Tho street, past the clock tower, to the open ground in front of the Aquatic Sports Palace (Tu Liem ward).

A team of 80 domestic and international experts will install and operate the modern pyrotechnic firing platform system. The entire display will use advanced programming and equipment, ensuring precise ignition timing and nearly instantaneous synchronization of firework effects with the music.
According to the organizers, the display area is designed to optimize visibility both inside and outside the stadium, allowing audiences to view the fireworks from multiple directions. Complementing this is a large stage system, featuring over 3,000 square meters of mobile LED screens, integrated with sound, laser lighting, and 3D mapping, creating a multi-dimensional performance space.
