The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced today that repeated aggression would cause war to extend beyond the region. "Our destructive blow will crush the enemy in unexpected places," the IRGC stated.
The IRGC believes threats from the US and Israel against Iran show they "have not learned from past strategic failures." The force asserted it has not yet deployed its full military strength, while "the two most expensive armies in the world" have utilized their complete capabilities during six weeks of conflict.
Iran's military spokesperson, Mohammad Akraminia, warned of "opening new fronts" with new weapons and methods if the US resumes its attack campaign. He stated that Iran utilized the ceasefire period to consolidate its combat capabilities while continuing to control the Strait of Hormuz.

The IRGC's statement also cited a quote from the Quran about fighting enemies who break commitments and mock faith. It affirmed Iran's power will again be demonstrated through action rather than mere declarations. "We are people of war. You will witness this power on the battlefield, not through empty statements and online writings," the IRGC warned.
The Iranian warnings came hours after President Donald Trump said the US could resume strikes against Iran if the two sides fail to reach a long-term agreement in the coming days. Trump had previously announced postponing a new wave of strikes targeting Iran at the request of leaders from Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This was to facilitate serious negotiations aimed at an agreement beneficial to both the US and the Gulf region. He also emphasized, however, that he had instructed the US military to be ready to launch a large-scale and comprehensive attack immediately if negotiations reached an impasse.
The conflict between the US, Israel, and Iran erupted on 28/2. The two sides have exchanged proposals to end hostilities, but only one round of negotiations has occurred amidst a fragile ceasefire effective since 8/4.
US officials have not yet commented on the information.
