The Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), based in the United States, announced on 14/3 that 1,298 civilians and 1,122 Iranian military personnel have died since the conflict began in Iran on 28/2.
Iran's last public statement on casualties was made by its ambassador to the United Nations on 10/3, reporting over 1,300 deaths, encompassing both civilians and soldiers. Iranian officials have not released new statistics in recent days.

According to HRANA's statistics, the total number of fatalities from the two-week conflict involving the United States, Israel, and Iran has exceeded 3,000, CNN reported.
Lebanon has suffered the second-highest number of casualties, with at least 826 people killed since Israel initiated airstrikes against the country, including 106 children, according to an update released today by the Lebanon Public Health Ministry. In the latest development, at least 12 medical staff died after an Israeli airstrike hit a healthcare facility in the southern Lebanese town of Bourj Qalaouiyeh.
At least 32 people have died in Iraq, mostly militants belonging to the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF), an alliance of pro-Iran armed groups. A French soldier was killed in an attack on a base in Iraq's Kurdistan region on 12/3.
In Israel, at least 15 people have died since the conflict began, including nine victims of a missile strike that hit a civilian building in the city of Beit Shemesh.
A total of 13 United States military personnel have died since the start of the conflict. Six of them perished in a refueler plane crash in Iraq on 12/3. Another six were killed in an Iranian attack on a position in Kuwait.
At least six people have died in Kuwait, including an 11-year-old girl who succumbed to injuries from falling debris in a residential area on 4/3.

The United Arab Emirates Defense Ministry announced on 10/3 that six people had died due to attacks. Oman reported three deaths, while Bahrain also recorded two deaths during Iran's retaliatory strikes.
The United Nations refugee agency stated that over three million Iranians have been displaced. In the first six days of the conflict alone, the United States spent 11,3 billion USD.
The conflict has now entered its third week with no immediate signs of de-escalation. The campaign has resulted in the deaths of numerous senior Iranian military and political commanders, triggering fierce retaliatory responses from Tehran targeting Israeli territory and United States bases across the Middle East.
Israel has declared that its war with Iran "is escalating" and moving into a decisive phase, which could be prolonged if necessary. On 14/3, Iran warned it would deploy upgraded weaponry, specifically more powerful missiles, in its retaliatory actions.
