Prince Andrew, King Charles III's brother, reportedly "invited Epstein to Buckingham Palace"

Newly released documents indicate Andrew, King Charles III's brother, reportedly invited pedophile billionaire Epstein to Buckingham Palace.

The US Department of Justice on 30/1 released three million new pages of documents concerning pedophile billionaire Jeffrey Epstein. Part of the content reveals Epstein contacted Andrew on 27/9/2010, during the billionaire's stay in London. In an email, Epstein wrote, "What time would you like me to come, we also need some private time".

Andrew replied that he had just left Scotland. He stated, "We can have dinner at Buckingham Palace and it will be very private". Two days later, Andrew emailed Epstein again: "It would be great for you to come to Buckingham Palace. Just come with anyone, and I will be free between 4 PM and 8 PM".

This exchange occurred after Epstein completed his house arrest in August 2010 for enticing underage individuals into prostitution. It remains unclear whether any dinner actually took place at Buckingham Palace, which was then Queen Elizabeth II's residence in London.

Andrew, 65, is the third child of Queen Elizabeth II. He held several important positions and attained the rank of rear admiral in the British navy. In 2019, Andrew was asked to cease royal duties following severe backlash over his friendship with pedophile billionaire Epstein.

Virginia Giuffre, an Epstein victim, stated in 2015 that she was forced to have sexual relations with Andrew in 2001, when she was 17 years old. Andrew denied the allegations, claiming he had never met Giuffre, but agreed to pay Giuffre millions of USD to settle the lawsuit in 2022. In the same year, he was stripped of his military ranks and royal titles.

Giuffre died by suicide in April 2025 at the age of 41. In early October, her memoir was published, again putting Prince Andrew in the spotlight. In the book, Giuffre claimed Andrew believed he had an "inherent privilege" to have sex with her.

On 17/10/2025, Andrew announced he would relinquish his royal titles, stating that the accusations against him were negatively impacting his brother's work and the British royal family as a whole. On 30/10/2025, King Charles removed Andrew's royal titles and revoked his residence. Since then, he has only been known as Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

Epstein, born in 1953, was arrested in New York in July 2019 on charges of enticing dozens of underage individuals and engaging in sexual acts with them. The businessman faced 45 years in prison if convicted. Epstein denied all charges and was detained at Manhattan prison, New York. While awaiting trial, Epstein died by suicide in his cell in August 2019.
