Protesters in Washington D.C. took to the streets, opposing ICE's large-scale immigration enforcement operations, which they argue instill fear among residents. Organizers reported over 1,000 protests were planned nationwide against ICE's immigration enforcement activities.

In Minneapolis, thousands braved the cold, gathering in parks and outside federal buildings, repeatedly chanting Good's name. Protesters also gathered at Good's memorial, placing candles and wreaths to express their sorrow.

Drew Lenzmeier, 30, stated he joined the Minneapolis protest because he felt "our basic rights are being stripped." Lenzmeier added, "It's time for this to end."

In Los Angeles, clashes occurred between security forces and protesters.

One protester held a sign reading, "We are all immigrants," in opposition to ICE's raids. The call for protests was amplified by the "No Kings" movement, a left-wing network that organized nationwide marches against President Donald Trump last year.

Residents in Kansas City, Missouri, also took to the streets, protesting ICE and mourning Good.

Protesters in Minneapolis expressed their outrage to security personnel and ICE agents. US Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem warned that protesters would commit a crime if they engaged in "violent acts obstructing or resisting law enforcement."

According to Secretary Noem, hundreds of additional officers were deployed to Minneapolis on 11-12/1 to ensure immigration officers could "safely perform their duties." Reuters reported that tens of thousands participated in anti-ICE protests in Minneapolis alone last weekend.
