BYD offers a series of incentives for new energy vehicles at the end of June

BYD Vietnam applies 100% registration fee waiver, cash gifts, and convenient charging solutions for buyers in the last few days of June.

BYD Vietnam is offering a promotional program for its trio of plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEV): the Seal 5, Sealion 6, and M9. These models offer flexible energy management between gasoline and electricity, reducing reliance on charging station infrastructure.

The BYD Seal 5 receives a 100% registration fee waiver, valued at nearly 70 million VND. Buyers also get a portable charger and a vehicle-to-load (V2L) power converter. This sedan, featuring DM-i super hybrid technology, boasts an electric-only range of over 120 km and a combined gasoline-electric range exceeding 1,200 km, according to the manufacturer. It achieves an average fuel consumption of 3,2 liters per 100 km.

In the C-segment SUV category, the BYD Sealion 6 comes with a 50% registration fee subsidy (46,8 million VND), along with one year of physical insurance, floor mats, and a portable charger. Buyers of the white Premium version will receive an additional 20 million VND cash.

For the MPV segment, BYD M9 purchasers will receive the BYD App, genuine floor mats, and a 5 million VND gift package for early orders. The M9 is one of BYD's newest models, known for its spacious family-friendly interior and premium features.

A series of incentives for pure electric vehicles

Beyond PHEV models, BYD Vietnam is also offering various incentives for its pure electric vehicle lineup, depending on the model and version.

For the BYD Atto 2 (2025 model year), buyers receive either 30 million VND (for the gray version) or the BYD App installation (for other colors). Regarding charging solutions, the company provides a comprehensive home charging package, including: a 7 kW wall charger, a portable charger, and a V2L device, valued at over 30 million VND.

The pure electric MPV BYD M6 comes with one year of physical insurance and a genuine charging solution, including a 7 kW wall charger for 2025 model year vehicles. This model offers 161 horsepower and a 420 km range on a full charge, with optimized space for large families or commercial services.

In the premium segment, buyers of the BYD Han EV and Sealion 8 (2025 model year) will receive an incentive package including: 20 million VND cash, the BYD App, physical insurance, premium floor mats, and a 7 kW home wall charger.

A BYD Vietnam representative stated that in July, the company will collaborate with various domestic partners in technology, finance, charging infrastructure, and real estate to launch new incentives and benefits for users, especially for ride-hailing and transport business drivers.

Starting in June, BYD Vietnam has also extended the first maintenance interval for electric vehicles to 20,000 km or 12 months, up from the previous 5,000 km or three months. The company also advises owners to use only genuine home chargers.

In the Vietnamese market, BYD vehicles come with a warranty policy of six years or 150,000 km, whichever comes first. The battery, electric motor, and electric motor controller are warranted for eight years or 160,000 km.
