The Kinet stands out in VinFast's electric scooter lineup with its distinct sport style, featuring angular design, 14-inch wheels, and a wide 120/70 rear tire.

Its front is designed with "glowing eyes" inspiration, incorporating LED projector headlights. It also includes two front storage compartments with a charging port and a waterproof cover. The 785 mm seat height is suitable for users around 1.6 m tall.

For performance, the Kinet utilizes a rear in-hub motor, delivering a maximum power of 5,200 W. It accelerates from 0-50 km/h in under 6 seconds and reaches a top speed of 90 km/h, according to the manufacturer. The scooter is equipped with two LFP batteries, each with a 1.5 kWh capacity, providing a range of approximately 145 km. In addition to home charging, users can swap batteries at V-Green's nationwide system, with each swap taking one to two minutes.

Beyond purchasing the scooter with batteries, users have the option to lease batteries for the Kinet. VinFast is offering a free battery swap program during its implementation, which helps reduce ownership costs. Experts note that electric vehicle operating costs are lower than traditional internal combustion engine vehicles due to optimized energy expenses, fewer maintenance items, and extended maintenance intervals.

Currently, VinFast electric scooter owners receive a monthly benefit of 20 free battery swaps until 30/6/2028, along with free charging at V-Green stations until 31/5/2027. From now until the end of August, buyers of the Kinet and other VinFast models requiring a driver's license will receive one year of battery rental support, equivalent to 3.6 million VND, plus a waiver of registration fees (2% of the vehicle's value).

Existing VinFast automobile or electric scooter owners will receive an additional 2 million VND discount when purchasing a new Kinet. According to VinFast, with all accumulated incentives, the Kinet's actual price could be under 33 million VND.
