Dat Bike announced that since August, the company has operated a Mega Service Center in Hanoi. Designed as a "miniature factory", this center aims to enhance after-sales quality and reduce vehicle maintenance time for users.
The new two-story center spans a total area of 1,000 m2 and includes distinct functional zones, from customer reception to vehicle inspection, maintenance, and in-depth technical processing. The technical area features lift systems, allowing it to accommodate and process approximately 70 vehicles simultaneously. This significantly increases maintenance and repair capacity while reducing waiting times during peak periods.

The Dat Bike Mega Service Center is equipped with standardized software diagnostic tools, electrical system checks, battery diagnostics, and specialized mechanical equipment, mirroring the company's factory in Ho Chi Minh City. This enables the center to perform all tasks, from routine maintenance to complex diagnostics and in-depth repairs, for Weaver, Quantum, and Era models directly in the Hanoi area.
The company also maintains a ready stock of genuine parts and components at the center's warehouse. This reduces transit times, prevents long waits for users to order parts, and eliminates the need to transport vehicles to other locations for repairs. According to Dat Bike, the technical team at this center has undergone extensive training, equipping them with expertise in areas such as lithium-ion batteries, motors, controllers, powertrains, and integrated charging technology.
Restructuring the after-sales system
With the operation of its largest-scale center, Dat Bike has simultaneously reorganized its entire after-sales service system, aiming to elevate service standards in the northern market.

Dat Bike has developed a model combining "local service points with a 3S store system" and "centralized processing capabilities at the Mega Service Center". Under this model, users can access quick services, such as warranty claims and routine maintenance, at 3S stores. For complex repairs, Dat Bike will receive, categorize, and dispatch vehicles to the Mega Service Center, eliminating the need to transport them to the factory in Ho Chi Minh City. The company anticipates this model will increase vehicle turnover and processing speed, reduce pressure on individual service points, and minimize user waiting times.
By the end of this year, the Mega Service Center is expected to expand to directly serve customers, in addition to its role as a technical hub supporting Dat Bike's northern region network. A company representative stated that the center's operation coincides with Dat Bike's product line expansion and its ambition to build a comprehensive ecosystem for electric motorcycles.
