On a narrow, crowded road in Trang Bom on 18/11, a woman riding a motorcycle attempted to navigate past a vehicle stopped at the roadside. As she maneuvered, she swerved into the front of an adjacent tractor-trailer. The large truck then ran over her motorcycle, but she fortunately managed to escape from harm in time.
Drivers should exercise caution around large vehicles such as tractor-trailers and container trucks, as these vehicles possess numerous blind spots. Smaller vehicles must proactively maintain a safe distance. Moreover, when large vehicles enter narrow, congested road sections, their operators should reduce speed or come to a complete stop if oncoming traffic is present. Even minor steering adjustments by a large truck can inadvertently place smaller vehicles in a hazardous zone.
