Security footage captured a speeding pickup truck colliding with a motorcyclist traveling in the same direction on a dark road. The motorcyclist was thrown from their bike. The extent of their injuries is unknown. The pickup truck did not slow down and continued driving, leaving the victim behind.

With limited visibility at night and a parked 45-seat vehicle narrowing the road, drivers should reduce speed and be prepared for unexpected situations. In the event of a collision, drivers should stop and assist those involved. Decree 168/2024 stipulates that drivers who cause accidents and flee the scene face fines of 16-18 million VND and six points deducted from their driver's license.
