The Epiq is expected to be competitively priced in the European market, similar to Skoda's other compact electric vehicles.
The Epiq is the production version of the concept electric car introduced by the Czech automaker in 2024. Positioned as a practical and stylish entry point to Skoda's electric vehicle lineup, the Epiq promises everyday usability while maintaining a price point comparable to the company's gasoline-powered models.
The Epiq's design closely follows the concept, with minor refinements such as redesigned LED lights, a tweaked grille, and updated front bumpers and side mirrors. Measuring 4,100 mm in length, the Epiq is 125 mm shorter than its sibling, the Kushaq. It is also the smallest electric vehicle in Skoda's range, following the Elroq and Enyaq.
The Epiq is the first model to showcase Skoda's "Modern Solid" design philosophy, which will eventually shape the brand's entire product line. Key styling highlights include the new front end, sleek T-shaped LED lights, and prominent character lines running along the body. The model displayed at the Munich Motor Show featured a matte Cashmere Grey paint finish, accented with gloss black details, Cosmo Grey side skirts, and newly designed wheels.
While interior details and the electric powertrain specifications haven't been officially released, European media reports suggest a range of around 425 km and a 208 hp electric motor driving the front wheels.
Skoda plans to produce the Epiq at Volkswagen's Navarra factory in Spain, with deliveries expected to begin in mid-2026. The Czech automaker has indicated that the Epiq's price will be comparable to gasoline-powered models like the Kamiq, around 29,700-33,700 USD.
The Munich Motor Show in Germany opened on 8/9.
