The truck, traveling at high speed, suddenly executed a U-turn without slowing down. Its size and the driver's lack of control caused the truck to swerve sideways, blocking the entire oncoming lane. The incident unfolded rapidly, leaving an approaching motorbike rider no time to react, resulting in a direct collision with the truck's side. The impact flung both the rider and motorbike into the roadside ditch, with the truck also plunging headfirst into the ditch. Casualties are currently unknown.
Driver skills: Speed often leads to loss of vehicle control. Truck drivers should reduce speed when approaching a U-turn point or curve. Steering at high speeds is highly dangerous, easily causing rollovers or skids. Before turning the steering wheel, drivers must check rearview mirrors and the windshield. Activate turn signals early and only make a U-turn when no high-speed vehicles are approaching in blind spots. When turning a large vehicle, avoid sharp turns into oncoming lanes while moving quickly, as the vehicle can become a sudden barrier, leaving oncoming traffic no time to react and brake.
