Vinfast establishes presence in India with 13 dealerships and 32 showrooms

Vinfast's dealerships and showrooms, located across 27 cities in India, are part of its developing 3S showroom network, with the VF 6 and VF 7 set to launch tomorrow.

On 12/7, Vinfast signed a partnership agreement with 13 leading Indian dealerships to establish 32 showrooms in 27 cities. This collaboration demonstrates the Vietnamese electric vehicle manufacturer's commitment to building a 3S network (sales, service, and spare parts), ensuring widespread presence and laying the groundwork for pre-orders of the VF 6 and VF 7 models starting on 15/7.

The first Vinfast stores in India will be located in major metropolitan areas and emerging electric vehicle markets: Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, and others. According to the company, these cities were selected based on factors such as high electric vehicle adoption rates, well-developed infrastructure, and strong growth potential. Vinfast aims to have 35 stores nationwide by the end of this year.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Pham Sanh Chau, CEO of Vinfast Asia, stated that the partnership reinforces the company's dedication to expanding its distribution and after-sales service network to provide a convenient electric vehicle experience for users. "As we prepare to bring our electric SUVs onto Indian roads, we are focusing on ensuring customers in major cities have easy access to Vinfast's products and support ecosystem," he said.

Vinfast's partners in this venture are all reputable leading car dealership groups in India. Each store will include a showroom, service center, and parts warehouse to ensure a convenient customer experience. These facilities will play a key role in bringing Vinfast's global service standards to consumers.

Vinfast is also expanding its ecosystem in India with several key strategic partners. The Vietnamese automaker is collaborating with Global Assure to provide 24/7 roadside assistance; partnering with myTVS and RoadGrid to build a nationwide charging station network; and working with BatX Energies for sustainable battery recycling. These partnerships demonstrate Vinfast's comprehensive approach to building a sustainable mobility solution.

Vinfast introduced the VF 6 and VF 7 electric SUVs at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 in India. The company is steadily building a foundation for a long-term presence in one of the world's most dynamic electric vehicle markets. Vinfast's factory in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu state, is also nearing completion.
