The program runs from 5/7 to 31/8 at all authorized VinFast electric scooter dealers nationwide. The incentive value depends on the type of vehicle customers owned as of before 5/7.
Specifically, owners of electric scooters not requiring a driver's license, including: Feliz Lite, Evo Lite, Flazz, Zgoo, Amio, Motio, Ludo, Impes, and Tempest, receive a 1 million VND incentive. Owners of cars and electric scooters requiring a driver's license receive a 2 million VND discount when purchasing a new VinFast electric scooter.

Customers can either register the new vehicle directly in their name or use the incentive to purchase a vehicle for family members, including parents, spouses, children, biological siblings, and in-laws. The offer also extends to companies owned by these individuals.
To qualify, customers must provide documents proving ownership of their current vehicle and, if applicable, proof of relationship with the new vehicle owner. Each new vehicle purchase is eligible for the incentive once and can be combined with other applicable promotional policies.
Additionally, customers purchasing VinFast battery-swapping electric scooters will receive 20 free battery swaps a month until 30/6/2028 and free battery charging at V-Green public charging stations until 31/5/2027.
"The program helps promote the green transition to electric vehicles, extends the opportunity to own VinFast electric scooters to customers' family members as a gesture of gratitude, and celebrates the significant milestone of VinFast's one millionth electric scooter rolling off the production line", a brand representative stated.
