VinFast opens its 350th service center in Vietnam

VinFast's 350th service center is located in Bac Ninh, establishing the Vietnamese automaker's largest after-sales network nationwide, on 29/11.

VinFast opened a service center in Tu Son, Bac Ninh, as part of the VinFast Loc Linh 3S dealership. Spanning 4,500 sq m, it meets the company's leading domestic market standards. VinFast aims to operate 400 service centers nationwide by the end of this year to meet the growing demand for electric vehicle maintenance and repair.

The VinFast Loc Linh service center features modern equipment, including diagnostic machines, 3D wheel alignment, brake force calibration, and an environmentally friendly water-based paint mixing line. This center can service up to 100 vehicles per day, anticipating the increasing trend of electric vehicle adoption.

VinFast's most recent service milestone was in late 2024, when the company announced 200 service centers nationwide, with plans to double that number by the end of this year. Many of VinFast's current 350 centers and showrooms were converted from existing internal combustion engine vehicle repair and sales facilities of various foreign automakers.

An industry expert noted that this expansion demonstrates the strong shift from gasoline and diesel vehicles to electric vehicles in Vietnam's market. It also reflects the trust and cooperation VinFast receives from dealership investors nationwide.

Duong Thi Thu Trang, VinFast's Deputy General Director of Global Sales and Marketing, stated that the company has consistently set sales records, which will lead to increased demand for vehicle maintenance and repair in the coming period. "We are committed to partnering with our dealerships, expanding our network, and enhancing service quality to achieve the highest user satisfaction. This strategy will establish a strong foundation for electric vehicle development and promote the green transition in Vietnam," she said.

VinFast operates two manufacturing and assembly plants in Hai Phong and Ha Tinh, supported by general spare parts warehouses across three regions, and a nationwide network of dealerships and service centers. Currently, VinFast is the only automaker in Vietnam committed to providing genuine spare parts within a maximum of 24 hours. Additionally, the company was the first to implement a policy of offering cash support to vehicle owners if repair times exceed the committed period.

At VinFast service centers, vehicle owners needing battery or engine repairs will receive a loaner battery or a replacement vehicle during the waiting period.
