Ranking second in VinFast's best-seller list was the VF 5, with 4,265 units (including the Herio Green version), bringing its total deliveries to users from the beginning of the year to 27,948 units. Duong Thi Thu Trang, Deputy General Director of VinFast Global Automotive Sales, stated that Vietnam is one of the fastest-growing markets for electric vehicle adoption globally, with market share steadily increasing. "With strong user support and plans to deliver and launch new vehicles in the last four months of the year, VinFast will soon break the sales record set last year, establishing a new milestone in the Vietnamese automotive market," she said.
According to VinFast, the company has held the top-selling position in the domestic market for 24 months since 9/2024, contributing to the increasing market share of electric vehicles. Last year, VinFast sold 175,099 vehicles, the highest figure achieved by any automaker in the approximately 30-year history of Vietnam's automotive industry.
From now until the end of the year, VinFast will deliver the new generation VF 8 and VF 2, and plans to introduce additional new products. Currently, buyers of VinFast electric vehicles receive free battery charging at V-Green stations nationwide until 10/2/2029, along with other incentives corresponding to each vehicle line.
