A traffic incident occurred on 1/7 on road 396, Cat Duong, Quang Hung. A woman riding an electric motorcycle with two young children suddenly swerved from the roadside across the path of two other motorcycles to change direction. After brushing against the front of another electric motorcycle, she startled and swerved back to the right upon seeing an oto approaching.
The sudden swerve caused the vehicle to lose balance and fall onto the road. Both the woman and the two young children on the motorcycle fell. The woman was able to get up after the collision, but the condition of the two children is unknown.
Safe driving requires careful observation and signaling before changing direction. When intending to change direction, drivers must observe and only move when it is safe to do so. This is especially crucial when motorcyclists are carrying young children. Avoiding sudden turns or swerving across the paths of other vehicles is essential to prevent danger for oneself and other road users.
In the event of an accident, proper first aid is crucial to prevent further injury. When an accident occurs, do not shake, carry, lift on their back, or twist the victim's body. Keep the victim's head, neck, and torso in a straight line. Maintain this position and call for an ambulance. Emergency services will provide appropriate first aid. Roughly moving the victim can worsen injuries.
