As global industry shifts, manufacturing businesses must adapt by innovating products and providing solutions, leveraging technology, operational systems, and human capabilities. Aligning with this trend, Ngoc Diep Group has pursued a multi-sector development model, expanding its product portfolio and standardizing operations to enhance competitiveness in each segment.
Laying the foundation (1996-2007)
In 1996, when the Vietnamese furniture market relied heavily on imports and lacked comprehensive solution providers, Ngoc Diep Group emerged with a distinct vision. Instead of manufacturing or distributing, the company opted to offer total solutions: from consulting and design to supply and installation.
A group representative stated that this direction was not merely a business choice but a foundation for a solution-oriented mindset throughout its subsequent development. The company's furniture products gradually featured in numerous projects for government agencies, schools, hospitals, and banks.
Two years later, the company decided to invest in carton packaging. Its first factory in Nhu Quynh A Industrial Park, Van Lam, Hung Yen, launched this new business segment.
Continuing this growth, by 2007, a second packaging factory was established, spanning 40,000 square meters and equipped with machinery imported from Germany and Italy. The leadership identified packaging as a vital production pillar and one of the largest factories in the northern region.

Shaping the ecosystem (2010-2021)
In 2010, Ngoc Diep Door Joint Stock Company was founded, introducing the NgocDiepWindow brand to the building materials sector. Its aluminum doors and facade systems were subsequently featured in major projects, from high-end urban areas and resorts to developments by real estate groups like Vingroup, BIM Group, and Hoa Phat.
Driven by a multi-industry ecosystem strategy, in 2016, Ngoc Diep Aluminum Joint Stock Company launched the Dinostar aluminum brand into the industrial materials sector. A 120,000 square meter factory, located in Pho Noi A Industrial Park, Hung Yen, was established with integrated production lines from Germany, Italy, and Japan.
The ecosystem of furniture, packaging, doors, and aluminum is now complete. "These four sectors are not isolated pieces but a connected system that complements and elevates the group's position," a group representative noted.
Accelerating and building the future (2021-2026)
During the 2021-2025 period, the company continues to strengthen its production foundation, upgrade technology, and expand capabilities in core segments, progressively integrating operational systems across all areas.
The year 2026 marks 30 years of establishment and development, with the group accelerating its transition to a smart manufacturing model where technology becomes the central operational axis. The company plans for Dinostar aluminum to expand its international presence, fulfilling large-scale orders for foreign direct investment (FDI) enterprises with international quality standards.

"We are committed to pursuing green technology development, sustainable production, and creating long-term value for customers and the community," a company representative stated. Achieving ISO 14064 for greenhouse gas emissions inventory and management, in addition to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, signifies a systematic shift from commitment to action. This contributes to meeting the EU's Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) requirements and expanding opportunities in premium markets.
Ngoc Diep Group believes its 30-year journey has strengthened its foundation and internal capabilities, preparing it for a growth cycle with greater ambition. Specifically, the company is investing heavily in technology, new materials, and automation, gradually enhancing the competitiveness of Vietnamese products in the global value chain.
The high-tech aluminum factory project is a strategy to boost production capacity. It incorporates new-generation alloying, extrusion, surface treatment, and computer numerical control (CNC) machining technologies with high precision, suitable for demanding technical fields like aerospace, automotive, high-speed rail, and other industrial applications.

The company's progress has been recognized by the market through various awards, including: National Brand, Top 500 Largest Private Enterprises in Vietnam, Top 50 Excellent Growth Enterprises, Top 5 Reputable Building Materials Companies, and Top 10 Reputable Packaging Companies.
