Circular 18 from the Ministry of Finance mandates that business households provide bank account and e-wallet information and fulfill tax obligations based on revenue, aiming to ensure transparent cash flow and standardized declarations.
Many business households want to transition but are unsure how to begin, facing difficulties in accessing technology, lacking knowledge of digital operations, and having limited financial resources. To address this challenge, ACB has developed four groups of solutions that connect operations, finance, and market development, tailored to the needs of business households during their transformation journey.

The financial solution package, valued at approximately 10 million VND, focuses on standardizing basic operations. ACB partners with FinOne to provide free payment acceptance devices, such as: POS, QR, along with digital signatures and 1,000 electronic invoices. This centralizes and clarifies the income and expenditure tracking and revenue recording for business households.
Additionally, the bank is implementing a market development and digital transformation training package, valued at approximately 20 million VND, aimed at enhancing digital business skills. The content includes selling on TikTok, livestreaming, online advertising, applying AI, and providing in-depth tax knowledge to support compliant operations within an increasingly transparent business environment.
To expand market reach, the brand development support program helps business households promote themselves on the ACB Rewards ecosystem. This allows them to access a wider customer base, reducing reliance on regular customers or traditional business scopes.
Notably, business households can access a preferential loan interest package with a reduction of up to 1% and a total limit of up to 5,000 billion VND. This solution helps business households proactively replenish goods, invest in sales channels, and expand operations according to their actual needs.

Mr. Tu Tien Phat, CEO of ACB, stated that the bank's approach extends beyond merely providing products; it aims to build a robust platform for business households to achieve long-term growth.
"If we only support compliance, we solve just half the problem; the other half is helping business households grow. Equipped with the right tools and platforms, this presents an opportunity to enhance operational capabilities, expand markets, and move towards sustainable development", an ACB representative emphasized.
