According to HR Asia 2025, Aeon Vietnam employees rated the company higher than the industry average. Specifically, the criteria of encouraging further skills development scored 4.46 points (compared to the industry average of 4.06) and "work that is meaningful to the organization's goals" scored 4.40 (compared to 4.07). Mr. Thai Xa Lem, Deputy Manager of the Ready-to-Eat Food Project, Operations Division, shared that nearly 10 years of working at Aeon has allowed him to experience various roles, accumulate experience, and readily embrace new challenges.
With a multi-generational workforce comprising 50% millennials, 46% Gen Z, and 4% Gen X, Aeon Vietnam focuses on harmonizing different experiences, values, and work styles. Nearly 200 millennial managers hold leadership roles, reflecting the company's succession planning capabilities. The company has also enhanced benefits, such as increasing annual leave, adding monthly leave days, and raising housing allowances for certain operational positions.

Furthermore, a coaching culture is widely implemented, supporting younger generations in developing autonomy, contributing initiatives, and cultivating adaptability. Activities like Career Coaching, the "Empathetic Leadership" seminar, the internal coaching community, and the cross-mentoring model help connect and share experiences across generations. The annual "Coaching Festival" has become a highlight of organizational bonding.
