According to the developer, maintaining synchronized construction progress and delivering real housing products amidst a challenging market is a true measure of credibility. "To be able to break ground on 100 townhouses at this time, an enterprise must possess a sound financial foundation and excellent project management capabilities, not relying entirely on advance payments from individual customers", a company representative said.
