An Phuoc Night Town is located in An Phuoc Sai Gon Residential Area, group 14, Luy hamlet, Can Giuoc commune. The commercial complex features 8 food kiosks, 18 shopping stalls, a children's play area, a community space, and an outdoor stage.

This combination of various services in one location aims to meet the evening dining, shopping, and entertainment needs of local residents, families, and young people. This model also creates additional business opportunities for vendors and service providers in the area.

At the opening ceremony, Nguyen Ngoc Anh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Can Giuoc commune, stated that the commercial complex adds a shopping, dining, and entertainment venue for residents. He also noted its contribution to job creation, business growth, and boosting local commerce and services.

Local leaders urged the management board and businesses to prioritize food safety, transparent pricing, environmental hygiene, security, and fire prevention. The locality also encouraged digital technology adoption, cashless payments, and promoted OCOP products and other regional specialties.

According to a representative of Sai Gon Xanh Import-Export Joint Stock Company, the developer of An Phuoc Riverside, the commercial complex is designed as a space serving the regular needs of residents and people in the area, rather than operating only for short-term events.

"The town will combine shopping, dining, and entertainment services, contributing to the diversification of local service activities", added Vu Canh Toan, Director of Sai Gon Xanh Import-Export Joint Stock Company.
