The organizers established the ranking based on a large-scale survey, which engaged over 82,000 employees. These employees voted for 7,301 enterprises across 30 sectors nationwide. CareerViet, a member of international human resources group Kariera Group, collaborated with market research company Amco Vietnam to conduct this non-profit program for the past 13 years, ensuring objectivity and transparency in the evaluation criteria.
This year's achievement continues Vinpearl's positive track record in the human resources market. In 2025, the enterprise also held the leading position in the tourism, food and beverage, and resort sector within the "Best Places to Work in Vietnam" ranking, conducted by the Anphabe platform.
Ngo Thi Huong, general director of Vinpearl, stated that the enterprise consistently views its people as the core foundation for service quality and competitive strength. "We prioritize building a professional work environment and developing a high-quality human resources team to ensure the operational capacity of our ecosystem and to realize our goal of elevating Vietnam's tourism brand to a global level," Huong shared.
Operating for over two decades, Vinpearl currently manages 67 facilities across 20 provinces nationwide. The system comprises: 36 five-star hotels and resorts, 17 VinWonders theme parks, 7 golf courses, 5 convention centers, theaters, and various large-scale entertainment products. This extensive operational network creates opportunities for employees to develop expertise, accumulate experience, and access service operation models that meet international standards.
Recently, Brand Finance, a valuation organization, honored Vinpearl as the strongest hotel brand in the world, achieving a brand strength index of 95,4 out of 100 points and an AAA+ rating. Additionally, its brand value increased by 86% to 381 million USD, allowing Vinpearl to enter the top 50 most valuable hotel brands globally for the first time.
