Under the agreement, Anphabe will deploy a series of OpenAI solutions, including ChatGPT Work and ChatGPT Enterprise, for businesses in practical work. Concurrently, Anphabe will develop an AI competency framework tailored to each role, transforming individual work processes and habits into collective organizational capabilities.

Anphabe stated its core objective is to help businesses enhance productivity and AI work capabilities, transforming the use of artificial intelligence into measurable and scalable effectiveness. At the event, Anphabe also cited data from their "Working People and Jobs 2026" survey, conducted in Q2 this year. It revealed that 58% of Vietnamese workers reported self-learning and regularly using AI for tasks, while only 13% of businesses were implementing AI application programs within their organizations. The emergence of "shadow AI" has turned individual accounts into management blind spots.

Anphabe suggested that reliance on external tools not only risks data leaks and renders AI assistants "internally information blind," but also traps productivity in fragmented "islands." Essentially, this issue stems from two core bottlenecks: unsynchronized technology infrastructure and a lack of standardized human-AI coordination processes at the organizational level.

To overcome the performance gap associated with AI usage, Anphabe and OpenAI announced the "Vietnam AI Productivity Activation" program. This initiative will support domestic businesses, developing systematic strategies and processes to enhance AI usage capabilities while transforming individual performance into an organizational productivity advantage.

Specifically, the program will be implemented using the 4A model: Assess (evaluate current status), Align (understand correctly before deployment), Activate (enable practical capabilities), and Amplify (scale productivity).

With expert collaboration, the "Vietnam AI Productivity Activation" program has introduced two strategic frameworks for the first time: AI Productivity Fluency (APF), which assesses individual AI productivity capabilities, and Organizational AI Productivity Advantage (OAPA), which evaluates the advantage of AI-driven productivity at the organizational level.

According to program organizers, combining these two perspectives helps businesses clearly identify the gap between individual capabilities and organizational productivity, thereby accurately determining strategic investment directions for the next steps.

Within the framework of the event on 29/3, Anphabe and OpenAI also signed a memorandum of understanding for cooperation with HCMC C4IR, the Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution in TP HCM, as part of the "Vietnam AI Productivity Activation" program.

In his speech, Le Truong Duy, Director and Vice Chairman of the C4IR management board, noted that the dynamism of Vietnamese businesses provides the foundation for C4IR to collaborate with Anphabe and OpenAI. This partnership aims to elevate the AI mindset among leadership teams and will facilitate the testing, measurement, and scaling of AI models in practical business applications.
