Carlsberg Vietnam has earned significant domestic and international recognition in 2026. The company was recently honored with a commendation from the Minister of Industry and Trade at the 7th Congress and 35th anniversary celebration of the Vietnam Beer – Alcohol – Beverage Association (VBA) on 25/4.
According to a company representative, Carlsberg Vietnam's recognition stems from its continuous efforts to enhance product quality, improve production standards, and minimize environmental impact. The company also contributes positively to the community and the broader development of Vietnam's beverage industry and economy.

Further demonstrating its commitment to sustainable growth, Carlsberg Vietnam completed the expansion project of its Phu Bai brewery in 2025. This project not only boosted production capacity but also incorporated a sustainably-oriented design with a new brewing line, reducing water consumption by 20% and energy use by 15%.
Parallel to this, the company implemented sustainable packaging and circular economy initiatives. These efforts aim to achieve 100% reusable or recyclable packaging in 2026, aligning with Vietnam's green development goals.

Carlsberg Vietnam's sustainable development strategy also extends to its community programs. The "Clean Water for Beloved Central Vietnam" initiative has provided over 3,3 million m3 of clean water to nearly 9,500 households in Central Vietnam over seven years. Additionally, programs like "Full and Loving Tet" have been maintained for over a decade, alongside timely support during challenging periods, showcasing the company's long-term dedication to local communities.
Internationally, Carlsberg Vietnam received gold quality awards at Monde Selection 2026 for its Huda and Halida brands. The awards were announced in April. This recognition highlights the company's ongoing efforts to elevate quality to global standards while preserving the unique values that define these local brands. Huda is recognized as a symbol of Central Vietnam, while Halida has established its presence in Northern Vietnam with consistent quality.

Monde Selection, a reputable global quality assessment organization based in Brussels, Belgium, conducts independent evaluations based on criteria such as sensory attributes, stability, safety, and production standards. Achieving a gold quality award not only reflects the company's ability to maintain consistent quality but also acknowledges its efforts to raise product standards to international benchmarks.
Last year, Carlsberg Vietnam also featured in several rankings and awards in 2025, including the Top 100 Vietnamese Sustainable Businesses, announced by VCCI, and the Corporate Social Responsibility award at the EuroCham Business Awards 2025.
