VnExpress is inviting experienced event organizing companies to submit proposals and detailed program plans.

The required services include: comprehensive consulting, concept development, and scriptwriting; stage design and construction; provision of sound, lighting, LED screens, and related technical equipment. Additionally, companies must manage event branding, supply operational and coordination personnel, and provide filming, photography, livestreaming services, along with other organizational needs as required.

Proposals must include an official letter or a detailed quotation containing full company information, the signature of a legal representative, and the company seal. A capability statement, a list of similar projects undertaken (if any), the quotation's validity period, and a commitment that the price covers all relevant taxes and fees are also required.

Proposals can be submitted via one of the following methods:

- Directly or by mail to: VnExpress Newspaper, 10th Floor, Tower A, FPT Tower, 10 Pham Van Bach Street, Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi.

- Or by sending a scanned copy of the proposal via email to: hanhchinh@vnexpress.net.

VnExpress will review all suitable proposals and contact qualified companies for further discussions regarding the program's implementation.

The submission period for proposals is from 8h on 19/5 until 8h on 22/5. Submissions received after this deadline will not be considered.
