Lotte Mart Tay Ninh is located at TTC Plaza, Tan Ninh ward, spanning a business area of over 2,600 sqm. The supermarket occupies two floors: B1 and the first floor of the commercial center.

The supermarket's design follows a new model from the Korean retailer, prioritizing customer experience. Its interior space is divided by product categories, including consumer goods, food, dining, cosmetics, health care, and home appliances. This layout helps shoppers easily find products and navigate the store.

On the B1 floor, the supermarket features counters for cosmetics, health, and beauty products from various major domestic and imported brands. Key highlights in this area include Lotte Mart's private label, Choice L, and the K-Beauty section. Choice L offers a diverse range of high-quality products at reasonable prices. The K-Beauty area showcases many popular Korean cosmetic brands.

The first floor is dedicated to essential categories, including fresh food, fruits and vegetables, frozen foods, confectionery, tea, coffee, imported products, and especially Korean goods. A key feature of the dining area is Yorihada Kitchen, the "Korean kitchen," which serves dishes prepared using exclusive recipes from Korean chefs. Additionally, the Poongmiso bakery offers fresh baked goods, crafted by professional bakers using high-quality ingredients, promising to be a local favorite.
