These operations will be reorganized into three primary service groups under the DP World brand: Shipping Solutions, Multimodal Solutions, and Maritime Solutions. DP World describes this move as a "significant step" in its transformation from a port operator to a comprehensive integrated logistics provider.
Over the coming months, the former brands will gradually transition completely to the DP World brand across all digital platforms, physical presences, and customer touchpoints. However, the current leadership team, service portfolio, and operational infrastructure will remain unchanged. Following the consolidation, these units will offer integrated, multimodal connectivity globally, enabling customers to transport goods more efficiently, sustainably, and reliably.
