Ecovacs sees 67% sales increase in Vietnam for 2025

Distributor Hop Long reported sales of nearly 70,000 Ecovacs products, marking substantial growth for the brand in Vietnam's smart home appliance market.

Dao Hai Dang, a representative for Ecovacs Vietnam, announced that 2025 was a year of accelerated growth and new milestones for the brand. Ecovacs launched eight strategic products, setting new benchmarks in suction power, self-cleaning stations, AI navigation, and especially with its Ozmo Roller (rolling brush) mopping technology.

The company reported sales exceeding 70,000 products, a 67% increase compared to 2024. This surge reflects a growing consumer demand for smart cleaning solutions. December 2025 alone recorded the highest sales of the year, tripling figures from the same period last year. Hanoi and TP HCM remained the two primary markets.

From a technological standpoint, Ecovacs surpassed its closest competitor to claim the "Excellent Vacuum Cleaner Brand 2024" award at the Tech Awards, organized by VnExpress in early 2025. The Ecovacs Deebot X11 OmniCyclone robot vacuum and mop was also recognized as the "Excellent New Generation Home Appliance" at the Better Choice Awards. These accolades underscore a clear trend: users increasingly favor deeply automated devices that minimize manual effort in daily routines.

Additionally, Ecovacs' "One Roll To Shine" event brought together over 300 guests and more than 30 media organizations, creating a vital platform for connection among the brand, partners, and the press. The "Xtra in Every Way, Ahead in Every Play" campaign, according to the company, engaged over 700 media representatives and content creators from seven countries, achieving 26 million reaches across various platforms.

The increasing prominence of Ecovacs in Vietnam is largely attributed to Hop Long, a distributor with over 15 years of expertise in technology devices and smart home appliances. Beyond market introduction, Hop Long has developed a distribution model integrating after-sales service, user experience, and solution consulting. Through its Giga Digital ecosystem and technical centers, Hop Long champions a "buy once, use long-term" philosophy, aiming to reduce consumer risks associated with high-tech devices.

Hop Long's leadership noted that Vietnam's smart home appliance market is expanding in major cities and observing "green zones" emerging in many provinces and rural areas. Here, users are willing to invest when they perceive tangible benefits and receive localized service support. In this evolving landscape, the synergy between global technology brands like Ecovacs and local market-savvy distributors such as Hop Long is considered crucial for scaling operations and enhancing user experience.

"The future home will not only be smart but also user-aware, self-operating, and cost-efficient," a Hop Long representative commented. They view this as a significant opportunity for Vietnamese businesses to deepen their involvement in the value chain, from distribution to cultivating a technology ecosystem tailored for Vietnamese consumers.
