According to Forbes' real-time billionaires list, Elon Musk currently holds a fortune of 1.3 trillion USD. He added nearly 165 billion USD after the june 15 session, primarily due to rising SpaceX shares.
At the close of monday's trading session, the aerospace company's shares rose 19.6% to 192.5 USD. This marked its first full trading session after its market debut last weekend. Approximately 244 million shares changed hands.

On 14/6, Musk wrote on the X social media platform that SpaceX "could achieve revenue of approximately 1 trillion USD" by 2030. Last year, the company generated 18.7 billion USD in revenue, incurring a loss of nearly 5 billion USD.
SpaceX's high-profile initial public offering (IPO) has sparked debate over whether its enormous valuation is justified. Musk's aerospace company currently has a market capitalization of 2.52 trillion USD, an increase of about 800 billion USD since its IPO.
SpaceX operates the Starlink satellite internet service and reusable rockets. In february, Musk merged the company with his artificial intelligence startup, xAI.
The company's stock is a key source of Musk's wealth. He is currently chairman, CEO, and chief technology officer of SpaceX, holding 4.8 billion company shares, along with options to purchase an additional 350 million shares. In total, the billionaire currently owns 38% of SpaceX's equity.
He also holds about 10% of electric vehicle maker Tesla. The billionaire joined the company in 2004 and is currently its CEO. He also owns options allowing him to acquire an additional 8% stake. This electric car manufacturer currently has a market capitalization of 1.29 trillion USD.
Beyond these ventures, Musk also holds stakes in the tunnel-boring company The Boring Company and Neuralink, a company developing brain-computer interface implants.
Musk first appeared on Forbes' billionaires list in 2012, with an estimated fortune of 2 billion USD, ranking as the 634th richest person globally at the time. It took him only 9 years to reach the top spot, as surging Tesla shares propelled his wealth past Amazon founder Jeff Bezos.
