VEC partners with 14 entities to develop event and exhibition ecosystem

The Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC) signed cooperation agreements with 14 organizations and businesses on 30/7, aiming to build a comprehensive exhibition service ecosystem aligned with international standards.

This group of 14 strategic partners includes reputable domestic and international trade promotion organizations, business associations, event organizers, technology solution providers, logistics companies, and infrastructure construction firms.

Representing the trade promotion and event organization sector are the Tourism Development Support Fund (under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) and the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (ICHAM). For event organization and operation, VEC established partnerships with renowned brands such as GL Events (France), UPGroup Asia (Singapore), Momentus Technologies (United States), and Vietnam Aviation Exhibition Joint Stock Company (VIAExpo). Design, construction, and technical infrastructure provision are handled by Henoto Worldwide, Hong Hac Company Limited, and Nghi Tin Trading and Services Company Limited. Notably, VEC expanded its global logistics network by collaborating with APT Freight & Logistics Group, Rogers Asia, AEL Vietnam, and Tradelinks Logistics.

The involvement of these 14 entities is expected to create a synchronized, integrated service chain. VEC anticipates that its connections with the Tourism Development Support Fund and ICHAM will link exhibition activities with national tourism promotion goals, while also expanding international trade opportunities. In terms of operations, VEC aims to establish modern standards through Momentus Technologies' digitalization solutions, combined with sustainable booth construction technology from Henoto and specialized technical infrastructure systems from Hong Hac and Nghi Tin. Furthermore, a multi-layered logistics network ensures the center can handle large volumes of goods, accommodating even the most complex exhibition scales.

Speaking at the event, Pham Thi Hien, Deputy General Director of Business and Marketing at VEC, stated that the signing ceremony not only expands the center's network but also creates a solid foundation for connection among businesses sharing a common vision.

"We believe the synergy between policy mechanisms, infrastructure platforms, and the operational experience of our partners will create events with regional influence, contributing to the growth of the global trade economy", Pham Thi Hien shared.

This signing ceremony marks VEC's third partnership establishment in under 6 weeks. To date, the center has successfully collaborated with 24 major partners, demonstrating its speed and consistency in building a comprehensive ecosystem. A company representative affirmed that VEC remains committed to working alongside organizers and suppliers to elevate the position of specialized exhibitions in Vietnam.

VEC is a leading exhibition complex in Southeast Asia, covering a total area of over 90 hectares. Aiming to build the region's first end-to-end event ecosystem model, VEC seeks to provide comprehensive solutions, enabling international organizers easy access to a network of quality-assured essential service providers. From this foundation, the center aspires to be a hub for trade and innovation, helping Vietnam become a premier event destination in Asia.
