FE Credit invests in digital human resource management platform

FE Credit partners with FPT to deploy SAP SuccessFactors human resource management system, aiming to digitize human resource management processes and enhance the experience for over 12,000 employees nationwide.

Launched in mid-june, the project stands as a key initiative for FE Credit in 2026. The SAP SuccessFactors system is slated for a seven-month deployment, integrating five main modules: employee information management, recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, timekeeping, and work time management. The platform also incorporates artificial intelligence (AI) features and is optimized for mobile devices, enabling employees to manage information and track their work progress easily.

Through SAP SuccessFactors, the company aims to establish a centralized human resource management platform. This initiative seeks to standardize and synchronize the entire employee journey within a single system, fostering a modern, transparent, and more cohesive work environment.

A representative from FE Credit stated that the company is pursuing a customer-centric transformation strategy, where employees play a crucial role in achieving organizational development goals. Therefore, building a modern, synchronized human resource management platform and improving employee experience is a significant priority for FE Credit in this new phase.

"We expect to create a push for an autonomous work culture, where each employee can actively manage capabilities, assess performance, and connect individual achievements with organizational success directly on the digital platform", the representative said.

In response to FE Credit's expectations, FPT highlighted that beyond technology, the success of digital transformation projects relies on effective change management and collaboration among all parties during implementation. "FPT is committed to working alongside FE Credit to build a unified project team, mobilize optimal resources, ensure deployment progress, and successfully operationalize the system according to the set objectives", emphasized Dang Truong Thach, executive vice president and deputy general director of FPT IS, FPT Group.

Previously, the two entities have maintained a long-standing partnership, undertaking various projects that implement solutions from the FPT Group ecosystem. These include the FPT.iHRP human resource management system, FPT.eSign electronic digital signature, and the PMS work performance evaluation system. In 2024, FPT also conducted the PCI DSS 4.0 Level 1 security certification assessment, making FE Credit the first consumer finance company in Vietnam to achieve this certification at that time.

FE Credit, a company within the VPBank financial ecosystem, currently serves over 17 million customers nationwide. With a strategy to build a digital organization and enhance management capabilities to international standards, the company will continue to invest in advanced human resource management systems, optimizing system capabilities through deep digital data exploitation, thereby laying a foundation for long-term sustainable development.
