On April 2, FPT CEO Nguyen Van Khoa held a working session with Tran Huy Tuan, secretary of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee. In education, FPT proposed surveying and investing in an inter-level school system in the central area of Ninh Binh province. This project aims to create a modern educational ecosystem, using technology as a core foundation to enhance local training quality. Beyond general education, this model integrates vocational training tailored to business needs, helping local students access advanced learning environments early and prepare for the digital labor market.

Provincial leaders stated they are reorganizing the school system and will plan suitable land allocation for these high-quality educational complexes.

Regarding technology infrastructure, the group aims to collaborate on building and operating a centralized data center to support socio-economic management. This system will not only optimize administrative procedures but also support citizens and businesses in production and trade activities through transparent digital platforms. Additionally, FPT proposed assisting the province in promoting international investment, connecting Ninh Binh with global partners in key sectors such as high technology, smart tourism, and clean industry. This will enhance competitiveness and attract high-quality foreign direct investment to the locality.

Tran Huy Tuan affirmed that Ninh Binh consistently creates favorable conditions to attract capable and reputable investors. "The province requests the enterprise to support the development of synchronized, modern data planning to enhance state management efficiency and digital economic development. Furthermore, the locality expects the partner to share experience in promoting Ninh Binh's image internationally, creating a foundation for deeper local integration," Tuan stated.

Concluding the meeting, both sides agreed to materialize the discussed contents into practical projects, bringing direct value to the community and fostering the province's sustainable development in the future.

In recent years, FPT has actively accompanied the government and many localities on their comprehensive digital transformation journey. The group is currently focusing its investment on strategic technological directions such as quantum artificial intelligence (Quantum AI), cybersecurity, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) technology, data, and railway technology. These platforms help support decision-making based on real-time data and enhance operational efficiency for state management agencies. Expanding cooperation in Ninh Binh is part of the group's long-term strategy to build a strong network of digital government, digital economy, and digital society nationwide.
